Tomato egg drop soup

This is what I call a quickie soup because it takes less than 10 mins to prepare. It is useful for times when you have unexpected guests or did not have time to cook prepare other types of soup.

Ingredients 


2 eggs
1 tomato
1 chicken stock cube






Cut the tomato into wedges






Crack the eggs into a bowl






Lightly beat up the eggs





Put enough water into the pot and bring to boil
Add the stock cube and tomato






The tomato is cooked when it rises to the top






Slowly pour the egg mixture into the soup
Turn off the fire and do not cover the soup or the eggs will be overcooked
