Chinese style lemon chicken slices

Some children love this dish but some don’t like the sourish taste even though it is slightly sweet. To make it look pretty, garnish it with lemon slices and tomatoes. I don’t garnish it because nobody eats it and it is a waste of money. 

Ingredients


1 large piece of chicken breast
1 egg
1 packet lemon chicken sauce




Slice the chicken breast into bite size pieces





Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and half a beaten egg





Add 3 tsp corn starch flour just before frying
This will make the chicken crispy




Heat up enough oil to deep fry the chicken





Fry the chicken until golden brown in colour





Remove and keep aside





Leave 1 tsp of oil in the wok.
Pour the lemon sauce into the wok.
Add a little water.




Put the fried chicken back into the lemon sauce.
Make sure all the chicken are coated with the sauce.
Dish up and serve.
