About Me

My photo
Cecilia
My foray into cooking started when I was living in London and was craving for home cooked food. So I bought a cook book but it was difficult to follow as it was all words and no pictures so had no clue what the cooked food should look like. This is why I love adding images to the steps so that it will be easy to remember. I apologize for the quality of the images as I am not a professional photographer. I love cooking but I do not like spending hours in the kitchen therefore the recipes posted here are quick and easy to prepare. I am also a lazy cook so I tend to use commercially prepared sauces if they take too much time and effort to prepare.
